I’m not going to lie. I didn’t understand what the big deal was at first either. I realized however, that that was because I didn’t know anything about the subject. So I went to google, and tumblrs of POC, and I LEARNED what the big deal was, instead of just dismissing it as looking for political incorrectness. It now makes sense to me why it is a big deal when white people wear dreadlocks, and why it is cultural appropriation and not just a hairstyle.

It’s not that hard.
